Lasse Røsnes

Lasse is one of the owners of Nunchi Corp AS and have more than 25 years + of experience within real estate business and finance.

Lasse have over two decades been a significant actor when it comes to real estate in Oslo (Capital of Norway). He started his career as a realtor at Gjensidige Nor Eiendom AS in 1996, and in 2000 he became partner at the high-end real estate company Adv Torbjørn Ek. Lasse was during his career always at the top and known as one of the highest rated agents in Oslo. In 2007 he started Neptun Properties AS, a real estate development company specializing in private homes in larger Oslo area. The company handled the 2007 financial crisis challenge by looking forward and seized the opportunity to establish a solid foundation for significant growth in years to come. In 2020 Neptun Properties was acquired by Profier, the company was then one of the largest private owned property developers in Oslo, counting for more than 1800 apartments under construction/development, completed more than 1200 dwellings and with a revenue value at 11.5B NOK.

Lasse is also co-owner and CEO of Poseidon Properties AS and holds several board members positions.

Education: Lasse have a real estate and finance degree from Norwegian Business School (BI)
