Kim Johnsen

Owner & Chairman

Kim is one of the main founders of Nunchi Corp AS. He has 25+ years of experience within Finance, Business and Real Estate development.

Kim started his career as a restauranteur before taking an apprenticeship at a Real Estate agent Oslo, Norway. Taking his knowledge from real estate Kim moved to finance where he founded and operated a financial services company for several years. In 2004 Kim founded BA5 Invest AS, an investment company within the real estate sector, focusing on long- and short-term development of residential and commercial property. Today BA5 Invest AS owns property for +150 MEUR in the Oslo region.

In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board, Kim is also owner and CEO of BA5 Invest AS, and holds several board members positions.
