Jan Martin Fjellestad

Jan Martin is one of the co-founders of Nunchi Corp AS and have in the past 30+ years as a lawyer gathered extensive and solid experience from different well-known law firms and consultancies. He is today known as a subject matter expert within Tax and M&A and have over the years assisted in several large and highly complex M&A transactions. Jan Martin started his professional career at the Tax Authorities in 1987 and have since worked in law firms like Sander, Truyen & Co, DLA Piper, Ræder and in Global Consultancy companies like Deloitte and KPMG. Jan Martin is by Finansavisen recognized as one of the best Tax attorneys in Norway and have been Senior Partner in numerous law firms. He is today Partner at the law firm Bull & Co, in addition to several board member positions in professional and charity organizations.
